Poorly Engineered- Filled with bugs

This app doesn’t serves the purpose.Its filled with bugs. While re opening an issue it always throws error ‘server is busy’.Customer onboarding is painful as it requires screenshot of bill as if OTP verification was not enough.Doesn’t have any push notification when complaint status changes or any other update to registered account. You will have to keep refreshing the app to see changes.Zero effort was put into UI and user experience of this app.
Not working for Expats

For some odd reasons the app is blocked outside Pakistan. This app was the only avenue for expats to view and pay bills using their international bank cards.
Unable to login

After recent update, unable to login via phone or email. It says error at the bottom. Im an overseas user and this app doesn’t work without a Pakistani VPN.
