Communication with drivers is not easy, they use WhatsApp to call though it’s not active in the kingdom. Moreover, some of them can’t communicate in English nor Arabic properly. There is no superior to follow up

They charge you in advance and then send helper that doesn’t speak any other language other than Arabic and when you complain all they say is sorry and do not provide any solutions or help in the matter. How is someone that does not speak any other language other than arabic supposed to get any work done in a household that does not speak arabic!

The new management is very unprofessional to reply to customers. I had booked 2 separate visits as I wanted two ladies to clean my place. On the morning of the visit I find out that my one visit has been cancelled due to non payment of money. When I had paid in full for both visits. They cancelled my one appointment without notifying me. Before the service was good but now their management is ruining the service.
