Fáilte and Welcome to the Litha and the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year. So get up and dance, drink and toast to our home, our Ancestors and the Old Gods.
The Ancient Celts and their spiritual mentors the Druids viewed life as a continuous cycle of birth-death-rebirth, for they understood that everything moved in a spiral, from the growth of a snail’s shell to the whirling glaxies above. But awareness of life as an unfolding spiral is something that sadly, we have lost today.
Inside the magical world of Celtic Whispers we offer you a chance return to to this wisdom of the Sacred Path, to honour the Wheel of the Year, to bathe in the ancient energies of the Earth herself, and enjoy the Celtic spiritual traditions and practices that provided our ancestors with a more meaningful way to live in harmony with their community and the environment.
As Climate Change, Pollution and Consumerism threaten all life on planet Earth, we invite you to breathe life once again into the Living Wisdom of the Ancient Celts and reawaken the power of this age-old spiritual inheritance at this critical time.

more So I have tried almost every single meditation app in the Apple Store and although there are some good ones none of them had the content I was looking for. I am trying to to work on getting a deeper personal culture and being Irish this was perfect. I have a severe insomnia and am a Nursing Student with excess stress and stumbled up all the positives medication can provide naturally and the Celtic routes of meditation and relaxation. The guided portion of this app I wonderful, they have authentic accents and narrators and the auditory visualizations and imagery they provide have made a significant improvement in my sleep. They also have binaural beats as well as Celtic based music. Everything is included in the small subscription price of 4.99 and if you think about it that’s less that a specialty coffee at Starbucks and is also much more cost effective than any of the other apps available. The free apps that are available just don’t have the specific content I was looking for and are congested with advertisements. Do yourself a favor use the trial it is well worth it and I honestly feel my sleep health and overall stress are being taken care or in a very unique and fun way. P.S. I was in no way paid or had any incentive in giving this review. I have no affiliation with this company either. Just a nursing student wanting to expand my culture and get good sleep.

So this is by far one of my favorite apps. It really does feel like I’m entering a different t but specific world, and I love how historically and spiritually accurate it is. That all being said, I wish when you clicked o. The bottom tabs, like on Potions or Mystics, that a pop-up appeared to inform you exactly what these tabs are meant to do, like the description page does for the App Store. Sometimes I get confused and have to jump around to find the audio I’m looking for. Again, love the dedication to the Old Ways and the Celtic craft. It’s been such a joy to experience!
Developer Response Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. We've now included an introduction track as well as a popup tutorial that contains a brief summary of each category, and a link to our website Oracle where you can find a longer explanation for the different types of magical meditations we offer. Slán go Fóill.

I bought a lifetime purchase for $99, about a year ago, which I presumed was for well…the duration of the app. There was no indication this was a subscription model until now, where I’m randomly being prompted to access the same features I previously had access to with that initial $99. Did your app transition to a subscription model, just so I can keep the same features of use when originally purchased? That’s unfortunate, as this was a really unique, and lovely guided meditation. I’m not particularly thrilled with the change in business policy, especially as it seems like the same thing I’ve been using, but now it’s a yearly fee like a gym membership…not happy.
Developer Response The Ancient Celts were an honourable people and so are we. If the "Restore Purchase" option doesnt work send us an email to info@celticwhispers.com and we'll get our druids to reactivate your lifetime subscription. Peace and Blessed be.

I have been trying to find a meditation app that keeps me engaged and not wanting to just fall asleep. So many of the meditation apps nowadays have solid content but they are not all that creative or interesting. Celtic Whispers hits the nail on the head by combining rich meditation content with a fantasy style, Game of Thrones themed storyline. You’ll learn ancient Celtic history and dive deep into your spiritual self through the guided mediations. You need to give this app a try!
