I’m beyond frustrated with this bank’s app. Not only do they charge us ridiculous fees every couple of months, but you’d think they would at least make sure their software works properly! The app is constantly crashing, lagging, and full of bugs. Simple tasks take forever, and every update seems to break something new. For the amount of money we’re being charged, the least they could do is ensure the app works as expected. It’s completely rubbish and a waste of time.

I have no idea why they don’t use email or phone number instead of stupid app can’t be installed in any phone except the one is used for the registered number

It must be noted that activation of Token for the first time must be done through a computer not the mobile app

I constantly get an error when I try to activate the token. I get “bind mobile failure”. I called the customer service multiple time and they are useless.
