Since they upgraded the app it has never worked properly. You can’t sign in, none of the rewards links work, the barcode reader doesn’t work. Without these features the app serves no purpose. I’ve contacted customer service but get the same answers “try deleting and reinstalling”, which doesn’t work.

The app was horrible before, but now it’s 10 times worse. I use it mainly to scan tickets before I throw the losers away. Scanner doesn’t work at all now. It goes in a loop wanting me to sign in, then saying I’m already signed in. And why sign in to check the ticket I have already purchased??? It’s frustrating and useless! Do better Oklahoma!

How did this app get released? Were there any basic testing or UI investment at all?1. Incorrect data. Old winning numbers are displayed instead of the current numbers.2. Hard to navigate. This is why you pay for UI experts to be involved.3. False claims on functionality.4. Scanner has issues. Please go back to the old app that actually worked until you get a better replacement. I suspect that this was not created by professional developers following software development cycle standards that include user feedback and input. It also is very aesthetically unappealing.Saving play slips is an improvement.

The new App version is horrible. Never thought it could be less user friendly than it was before. Using the create a play slip doesn’t read as well as before. Information is less like cash value does not appear. Go back to the paper copy, at least that worked
