-概要-
炎症性腸疾患における以下の活動評価指標を表示します。
・クローン病：Crohn's Disease Activity Index (CDAI)
・潰瘍性大腸炎：Rachmilewitz's Clinical activity index（CAI）およびMAYO score
左にスワイプで上記指標を算出できます。
さらに左にスワイプするとQRコードが表示され、ピンチ操作で拡大縮小可能です。
入力項目により指標値はリアルタイムに更新されます。全ての入力値・設定は自動保存されます。
あくまでも本アプリは補助的な計算ツールであり、得られた活動性スコアの結果に関して、その解釈などは主治医と相談してください。

QRコードを読み取ることで全ての入力項目を端末に取り込むことができます。
リーダーからの受信は単純な文字列のキー入力として行われ、
利用するには受信スクリプトを作成する必要があります。

QRコード最小倍率時はデバッグ用として画面下に送信文字列が表示されます。
