The app will send you notifications of incoming messages to your phone, similar to your personal messaging apps, but also allow other team members to receive the same notifications and claim a conversation so they can chat live with your customers or prospects.
Look up contacts in your Infusionsoft database and call or text them from your business number with a few taps.
