Introducing Conversations on the Communicator app! Now you can receive and reply to all your conversations directly in the app. Receive alerts and push notifications as messages come in, and easily reply using a quick reply template or adding your reply. Effectively manage conversations alongside your incidents, tasks, requests and activities.

Heat Map is now available for the Executive Dashboard! Now, you can see where your hot spots are, and you can drill down to see the issues taking place.
