Investaware
Investment Portfolio Insight
Free
Giving your life savings to a stock broker/portfolio manager is scary. Being able to review your accounts, with straight-forward descriptions can give you peace-of-mind.
Investaware brings portfolio analytics and risk assessment, previously only available to large financial institutions, to everyone.
Investaware is a first of its kind iPad app that helps you follow and understand your investment portfolio and the actions made by your wealth manager. Developed by an expert who spent decades creating analytic reporting solutions for the world’s top hedge fund managers, these tools are now available for you and your investments.
View historic positions. Summarize and review trading activity. Read recaps of your monthly and inception-to-date performance. All using conversational English and straight-forward graphs.
In other words, understand your brokerage accounts without the typical Wall Street mumbo-jumbo.
CONCERNED ABOUT THE PRIVACY OF YOUR DATA
All of your account data is stored on your iPad.
HOW IT WORKS
Investaware takes a bottom up approach. It imports the investment holdings and activity data from your brokerage accounts. From that detail, analytics are calculated; summaries are written, and graphs are generated -- again, all completely locally on your iPad.
Then perusing the screens, you'll gain greater insight into your accounts and how your wealth manager is navigating the markets.
No longer restricted by your broker's website limitations, you can even compare current positions to history.
BROKERS SUPPORTED
Currently Investaware only supports imports from proprietary files from Merrill Lynch as well as any broker that exports to the OFX format (which is also known as the "Quicken" format).
