Zero Stars. This is an outrageously useless app.

Fire whoever built and designed this with immediate effect. It’s a liability for you. 1. There is no time and date stamp on any voicemail = impossible to understand when received. 2. Voicemails cannot be deleted. They come back and repopulate like zombies.3. Voicemails are not ordered in any understandable way. They populate in a completely random order.4. The text translation is embarrassing garbage. Honestly you released it like this???!!!This app is a business liability for you. It’s. A basic service that should be taken for granted when I pay my bill to you. It doesn’t even work. How can you offer this to customers with a straight face?

Hi, sorry that you have experienced an issue, there is a small number of customers that this occurs for where the message date and time is not displayed due to a device OS setting. The next version of the App will look to resolve this problem. You can always use the existing method to call the voicemail platform (122 or 083210) to retrieve messages and reset your notifications by updating these settings: Call 083210 - From the Main menu, 3 Personal options, 3 Message waiting notifications, Reads notification status, Turn on Text notifications Press 2. **Update - The development team advise the the cause of this is the device 'region' is not set as NZ (New Zealand) or AU (Australia) setting the region to NZ will correct this. Settings > General > Language & Region > RegionIf that is not an option then the next App release will correct this.
