Amazing App and Community

I picked up Hype when it first came out to try it against an alternative (The now defunct Edge Animate) for a project I was working on. I spent about a week on the ins and outs of both and found Hype way easier to utilize. Since then I've upgraded every time they've launched a major release because the feature set and capabilities continue to grow. I joined the beta program for Hype 4.0 and found the addition of Vectors to be a game changer. I can't wait to see what this small but mighty production team comes up with next.The community presence behind it is amazing too. I started as a novice and through the collective wisdom of the Hype community have come to learn a ton of techniques that have enhanced the things I've created in this software. Can't wait to beta test 4.5 and every release thereafter :-)
Built Interactive and Animated Websites

I started using this App to build a few animations for my website. I then realized that you can build an entire website with this App. For the price, this is one of the best Apps for building websites, from one page to several pages. It's like FLASH, but better, because you don't need to download a "plug-in" to view your creation. It's completely WYSIWYG. You can do most of your authoring in this one App. Thank you Tumult for creating this App and for keeping it up-to-date, also for allowing us starving artists the ability to purchse this App without subscription and without having to sell the shirt off our backs to own a copy of this App. I love using this App.

People deserve money for their work. But if a product says "Free" on the download button, it should be free. I don't know if this is an Apple thing or what, but I'm tired of downloading programs that say they're free only to learn it's only the trial period.**Edit**I realized I was being unfair - the whole Free/Paid thing is more of an Apple UX problem. Anyway, this is a very cool program - the learning curve is probably a little steep for people looking to play around with HTML animations. (But that's what the 14 day free trial is for, right?)

Hi! We distribute the app as "Free" on the store so that you have the option for a Free Trial -- otherwise it would have to be an upfront blind purchase for $50-$100.Apple probably could make it a little clearer, but it does say "In-App Purchases" next to the GET button. We also did our best to put in the description that we offer a trial along with the Hype Standard and Hype Professional purchases. Further, the app has a free viewer mode if you simply need to see someone else's Hype documents, so there is functionality even without payment.We admit this strategy goes a little against the grain of the App Store. Aside from some potential confusion, we think it ultimately gives users the best options. Our goal is to be as clear and up-front as possible.I hope that you will re-review based on this information, and take a look at the application itself.

Hype user since 2017, Thank you team Tumult for deveolping such an incredible app and keeping Hype pro up to date. Thats said, I dont know what I would I do if it wasnt for Hype. It has become my go to app for ad creation, prototyping and much more. Waiting patiently for Hype Pro 5
