I downloaded the free version online just to see if this app worked and when i confirmed that the app was able to recovered my data i proceeded to purchase this program on the app store (not online). The program on the app store has been a waste of money, i have not been able to download a single file even after following the steps that the site suggest. I've tried to reach the support team but it takes a long time to get an answer. I want solutions or my money back!.

Waste of money

Purchased this app to recovery a video I accidently deleted from my camera. While the app did recover a file with the correct name, the file itself was corrupted and will not play. Do not loss your money in addition to losing you files. Skip this app. Apple should remove it from their store.

I’ve contacted their customer service and am awaiting a reply. I’m not holding my breath. I purchased a previous version and it worked okay until I upgraded my OS. Fine. These things happen. But the version I purchased subsequent to that was/is as awful as this. And be advised, you will have to make a disk image before you can even run the recovery. I have a 2Tb disk I want to scan. Do you know how long that will take? DAYS! No fooling. And then I have to import that into the software? What a joke. All I want to do is scan for image files which might have been deleted by accident. But no. I have to make a freakin’ disc image. How lazy do your code monkeys have to be if they are relying on the sytem software to do their work for them and NOT making it transparent to the customer. Stellar has sunk below 0dB and there’s no telling how far down they will go.Do No Buy. This is not ready for prime time. I wish I could give it zero stars.
