Mi Tigo es la aplicación de autogestión para todos los clientes Tigo, Hogar y Móviles.
La navegación dentro de la App es Gratis, no consume tus megas, ofreciéndote entre otras, las siguientes funcionalidades:
- Disfrutar promociones exclusivas de este canal.
- Consultar saldo y bonos disponibles.
- Realizar transferencias de saldo de tu bolsa de recarga.
- Activar y regalar bonos con el saldo de tu línea.
- Activar y regalar bonos con tarjeta de crédito o débito.
- Recargar tu línea o a otras personas.
- Consultar y pagar facturas (clientes Pospago y Hogar).
- Suscribir débito automático para el pago de factura Pospago móvil y Hogar.
- Consultar detalles de tu plan (clientes Pospago y Hogar).
- Gestiona tu servicio de internet. Podrás cambiar el nombre de red y contraseña, compartir tu internet, reiniciar tu modem, entre otros.
- Activar contenido Premium (Amazon Prime Video) para Pospago y Hogar.
- Cierre de sesiones, ahora podrás realizar el cierre de sesiones abiertas en todos tus dispositivos.
- Centro de notificaciones para mantenerte al tanto de promociones y nuevas funcionalidades.
- Para tu comodidad, ahora podras valorar nuestra App mediante notificaciones internas.
- Registro y Login: La aplicación permite el registro por medio de:
Contraseña: Te sugerimos este método, que te ofrece todas las funcionalidades y te permite gestionar varios servicios a la vez (uno o varios números de celular + Tigo Hogar). Podras elegir en utilizar tu número de telefono o Correo Electrónico.
Con PIN: registro rápido y sencillo para clientes móviles. Permite gestionar solo la línea correspondiente. Algunas funcionalidades pueden no estar disponibles hasta cambiarse a registro con contraseña o Correo electrónico.

Edit (January 2025)The app keeps loosing functionality; it used to support Face ID, not any more; you used to be able to see details about calls and messages, not any more. I wonder if any of these reviews are read by technical support, since I haven’t seen not a single reply to any. I guess we need to leave reviews in WhatsApp?!? —It’s appalling that in 2022 there’s still an app that doesn’t switch to landscape when you switch your iPad to landscape; other than that, this app works as it should. The other issue I have with tigo Nicaragua, is that there’s no support for their users if we don’t have WhatsApp; why relying on another app to provide customer support? I would understand if it was a small company, but really! tigo?!? C’mon! you are a “phone” company; provide a phone number we can call for customer support!!!
