We’ve made some improvements to Presenter Mode in our app.

We’ve prepared the app for upcoming content formats and seamless integration with our Online Academy. Plus, we fixed a few minor bugs.

We made the app compatible with a new question type for our interactive learning content. We have also fixed minor bugs.

We have improved the alerts about updated content and now communicate more clearly for which module of your library the download is available.

New in this version is the possibility to sort the library according to your wishes and to delete less used learning modules so that you have more storage space on your devices. Don't worry, you can always re-download once downloaded or purchased modules! We also implemented support for Turkish and Kurdish languages and we made Live Events more performant. And we fixed many minor bugs. Oh yes, we now have an ISSN and are something like an electronic journal. The ISSN is shown in the menu.

Live events with the BerlinCaseViewer app have become a bit better. We have cleaned up some minor bugs.

We now offer this new version of our app with a player for videos, which we will integrate into our medical cases in the near future. Also, we have now translated the entire app into Hungarian. Hungarian learning content will follow.

With this update we introduce a new option in the tools palette that lets you hide the overlay labels. This is useful if you want to use our images elsewhere. Remember to always credit the source correctly! We have also completely reworked the buttons in the top bar. You can now more easily see which button has which function. And we also fixed a few small bugs.

In this version we have redesigned the icons in the series bar at the bottom of the screen from scratch. In addition, we have added new feedback elements to our multiple-choice questions, which will now be successively integrated into new modules. We have also improved the display of HTML text.

We have made BerlinCaseViewer easier to use and clearer: Learning progress is now clearly displayed in selected modules at a glance in our new contents overview. On the iPad with hardware keyboard, there is now improved control so that you can navigate through the cases more easily. Also great for classroom training! In our e-shop, all diagnoses of the cases of a module are now always displayed. Just tap the "More" button! The user interface of our app is now available in another language: Polish.

In preparation of many new learning modules, our app is now prepared to display more than 6 authors in our store.

We have further optimized the display of our colored overlays. They now look nice even when the background of the images is white.

We have made our app more compatible with older operating system versions on iPhone, iPad and the Mac.

With this update we have improved the display options for our multiple choice questions.

With the new search field in our shop, you will find the modules that are of interest to you in no time. Simply enter keywords, diagnoses, or names of experts. The intelligent search includes a filter function to show only results in the language of your choice. Navigating within a case is now even more intuitive. Similar to story formats in social media, you can now easily fast-forward and rewind the series by briefly tapping the left or right edge of the screen. With a vertical swiping gesture you scroll through the images of a series. In the Mac version, we have further improved the scroll function for Magic Mouse and touchpad. Also optimized: The zoom slider now always shows the correct value. With our new data format for courses of disease, you will soon be able to delve even deeper into the respective case history. After a bug fix, the app now starts correctly in zoomed view mode.

We have improved the auto-play function for ultrasound series.

The latest app version comes with a few useful features. Admittedly, we only tweaked small adjustments, but in the end it all comes together for greater fun while working with our app. See for yourself! New menu brings these functions: On all devices, you will now find a new menu at the top right, where previously the refresh symbol was. Now, these functions are hidden behind the three menu bars:  • Update library • Restore purchases • Send feedback • Review app • Recommend • Connect on social This gives you quick access to the latest case versions, and you also have a direct line to us. Because with the push of a finger on "Send feedback" you can suggest new cases and let us know how the app works for you via email. You can also use “Review app” without a lot of words - by granting us up to five stars in your App Store rating. And when we score that high, let others know how much you like quizzing your way through our radiological cases: Tap "Recommend" and send the download link to colleagues, fellow students, and other interested parties. In order not to miss any cases, online seminars, and news in the future, you can stay in touch with us on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube - and now also on TikTok. Overlays: Adjust the font size to your needs The overlays that explain the findings in the picture are the heart of our app. They indicate by color and with annotations which phenomenon is to be seen in each case. You can now adjust the font size of the annotations to your own needs: larger letters so that you are guaranteed not to miss a thing, and smaller letters if you want to take another look at shadows, lesions, and other patterns in the respective case.

This update is the first with a Chinese user interface. Also included are several improvements to the display of medical case data, such as line breaks in lesion labels, automatic placement of labels within the image frame, and automatic display of overlays in certain cases. Furthermore, we have introduced clickable links in the author biographies.

We have fixed a small bug in the display of umlauts in our shop.

This is the first version you can also use on your Mac! Whether iPhone, iPad or Mac, you can now use our annotated cases on the big screen at home or for reference on the go. Your modules are available to you on all devices via your AppleID. Just tap the refresh button in the SHOP section of our app, and all your booked modules will be downloaded to your other device. With this release, we've also improved the user experience when using the toolbar at the bottom of the screen in our app. Drag left or right to scroll. Click and hold for a second, then drag up to select series in SplitView.

We have fixed minor bugs.

We have revised the layout of our modules in the store of our app. In addition, the store is now compatible with older devices running on iOS 9 or iOS 10 that do not receive new iOS updates.

Improved the display of embedded images in text series. Decreased the size of overlay labels.

We have now implemented an automatic update function to keep existing e-learning modules up to date. Updates are shown within the app with an icon and you can choose if you want to download the update. You can now also delete e-learning modules if the available storage space on your device runs out. They can be reloaded at any time at no additional cost. And we have eliminated a lot of bugs and improved the general handling of the app.
