An app which is so easy to use and you get cash back on purchases ! What a great option !! Bit-by-bit it adds up and you get 100s and 1000s cashback overtime all for free. I was really wondering if we have an app like ebates ( usa) that is available in India and luckily I found this cashback app. I will recommend cashkaro to all my family and friends.Only improvement I suggest is a few sometime-the cashback tracking doesn’t happen. I am one of the user of this platform when it was newly launched. Initially it was good and effective. Then years passes, it got bigger and then probably more arrogant towards customer service. So, here is the story of its failure. I noticed that the platform did not track a few clicks specially one involved big purchase amount, and I am 100% I used the referral link after login. Raised ticket and tickets were closed without action. Then I searched for an alternative and found GoPaisa, gave it a try and I found it much better than CK.Recently when cashing out the last penny of my account, somehow I though to give it a try after a long time. It was flipkart big billion sale. Please note that these guys do not offer cash back on flipkart (GoPaisa does); but I saw that they are offering it during big billion sale 2023. So, I made a high value purchase. To my disappointment the sale was not tracked. Raised ticket, the ticket asked to upload invoice, tried that but the app simply throw error in uploading any pdf or image. Raised another ticket regarding it, all useless.These guys will make sure to frustrate you to the point that you stop follow up. So that’s it, cheating cheating and cheating.Guys, good luck with it.
