Bad app. Most of the time app shows “JSON” issue. Not able to operate the app even. Don’t have much profiles. Self service is very bad. 99$ if someone is paying are nothing for them. since they have plans 499$ and they think 499$ too are nothing for them even. They say I upgrade then only they will help me out. 99$ were Complete Waste. Didn’t want to anything but felt very bad about the response what I got. They made a pact with me if I take self service, they will still help me to find good partner but nothing. All look absurd now after 2 months of being paid member. Disappointed. Posting it if they still want to help. Zero 0000 * Stars. App rating is essential to put 1 star

They know how to scam people. I got the subscription and paid $$. Once they got payment their response changed later as if they don’t know me. In beginning they just forwarded me profiles of those who just registered as basic members which I can’t contact them by myself in the app. Miss Priya from their company assigned Mr. Prince to handle my profile and introduce me with matches. Not one’s Mr. Prince introduced me with any proper matches as he always said he is working with my profile and now he doesn’t even call or respond to my calls. It’s a trap to scam people. Please be aware every one of there scam.

This app is really bad!! cheap app (cheap quality)Please don’t go for this scam ! Loveleen is fraud and she is gonna call you first and then she gonna ask you your bank details and then she is gonna steal your money with all the fake promises! They are not gonna give you any kind of service after getting the money she ill disappear and Sandeep is head of frauds He knows nothing but gonna act like he is listening and understanding… they are online thief ..save you hard earn money and stay far from these scammers!!

Firstly, matchmaker will make bare minimum effort to find suitable profiles. I have much positive response with premium service of other matrimonial service than this. Secondly, their is no feedback system. Have to request multiple times to speak with senior management and that also resulted in nothing. Also, they claim all shared profiles to be authentic, but that is very much questionable. Hope this help someone to save their money.
