Every year I get the message bad response from patron server. No idea what this mean, but it basically locks you out. Prior to this message, the app stopped updating player points etc..so I tried deleting and adding the app. No luck and that’s when I got the above error message. I called rewards and they did not know what to do.

New reward is nice the app is not functional as when pull up my accounts it’s blank plus it says Christmas bonus points would be on my app but there is nothing there having some issues with this app.

I wish they would pay attention and update the app. It doesn’t give any messages or offers or drawings of any type. It’s hard to see what might go on for each night to swipe at the kiosk. I got my rewards card in millacs driving through but I play in Hinkley and they do it offer me the promos at hinkley because I got the card from millacs. This is a dumb rule . So I can’t collect bonus or grandplay offered in hinkley

Old app show my account when I try put player club number and my pin it said not found. Don’t fix what not broken and now I can’t log in to see my status
