Utterly useless app and service

Team in support don’t have any clue on what is happening on ground. We are using genius model water filter from 7 years and never faulted. This time it went wrong and when I checked I was told the spares/filters are already replaced and within 4 months it got faulted and they told only if I pay full amount then only replacement is possible. They had sold those spares without providing to customer and support had no clue on this or they can’t even track. This is absolutely allowing on the ground force to do what ever they can scam customer. Be very careful as a customer they will keep you in infinite loop and even will not allow you to keep the service request open. It will auto close with out any resolution.

I brought a Ro and booked installation through the Eureka Forbes app after customer care services with someone over the phone. I even got a confirmation message on WhatsApp, so I assumed everything was sorted. But no one ever showed up.I have to recalled them as there was No update, no technician, no communication. Just complete silence after the confirmation. It’s honestly really frustrating. You go through all the right steps, and still get zero support. I expected a lot better from a brand like Eureka Forbes. This kind of service is just disappointing.

Re installation and free service within warranty is worst. People are advised not to purchase any item of eureka Forbes. Your money will go to west. My aquagard is idle and no body is attending my phones calls for 50 times. Most cheaters company in the world. No after sales service or complain to attend. Company had sent me defective pieces and now not ready to give replacement within warranty period. You will realise only after getting the most defective & worst product. Be careful and take extra extra precautions.Dolatsingh Udawat / Vadodara.
