Both this app and the website are a convoluted mess. I’m not sure why they even have an app as it redirects you to their website when trying to access most areas. They need to do some major upgrades to both. Not user friendly. There is no list of completed jobs that are pending approval so it’s hard to keep track. The menu options aren’t always all visible and therefore have to click numerous options to see if a certain one loads. Overall it needs to be cleaned up. As far as the company itself, I’m fairly new and haven’t received any payment yet. I had to contact support on my very first job for clarification and found the representative who responded to be condescending. Not a great start for a newbie. Jury still out.

I’m not sure why have an app that just pushes you to your website. It really doesn’t work. Seems almost lazy.

To start, this is not a major majority of field inspections as they say. This is mostly processed server work at photo inspection prices. That’s the first problem. The second problem is that the site is extremely wonky and unstable. The third problem is communication is very poor.. They do give you a certain amount of days to do the work and ask that you update them if you need more time. If you do that, you will assume that your request was seen and they will decide whether or not to extend you the time we’re not. Those updates don’t always get red as I found out. They will then reassign you the same job and when you do it, keep the results and tell you somebody else did it and go back-and-forth like they do not understand what you’re saying and keep telling you they can’t give it back to you even after it’s already been completed and given to them, they’ll tell you someone else did it on the same day when you were there I know that there was nobody else there. Basically it seems like they’re trying to get the work done and find a way out of payment. For the low prices they pay it’s simply not worth this kind of ordeal. I have completed 4 visits for them in the past three weeks. It shows that I have completed 3 and the 4th one they’re saying they can’t assign it to me- but, it was not only assigned to me but completed already (2 days earlier than the extended deadline they provided). I guess they’re taking that one as a freebie, possibly a reward for them not reading the update. I gave them on the 11th that they didn’t see until I called to their attention but yes, I had given that update. Anyway, there’s too much confusion for this to be worth anyone’s time especially not mine.I will not take any more work from them and I do not have any confidence that I’ll be paid for any of the other work that I did do. There wasn’t any payment made yet. It’s very limited what I would’ve taken any anyway because I am not a process server. But even if you are a process server, just know that the standard fees may not be matching what you get because they’re about 20% of the going rate in my area.Definitely do not recommend. There’s no communication between staff there and when you email them, they will answer with completely unrelated information that was never asked by you in order to just get you off the subject. Not a good sign. This is probably my 16th or 17th gig app and the only one I’ve had this problem with.

The app isn’t worth using at all, it’s as if they don’t update it at all.Most the time you can’t login to it as it will just say authentication error.No Touch ID/Face ID, or ability to stay logged in/save user credentials.
