With our demand-responsive transport platform, mobility becomes even smarter: Via app you can book your trip conveniently and individually, without strict timetables – that’s the new PforzheimShuttle powered by ioki.
The demand-responsive transport service is integrated into the VPE tariff system - meaning that you can purchase VPE single fare and weekly fare tickets and use the shuttle without any additional fees.
And this is how it works:
ENTER YOUR START AND DESTINATION ADDRESS
We will immediately show you which vehicle can pick you up.
BOOK YOUR RIDE
We will navigate you to a nearby stop where you will be picked up. In the app you can track live and see the exact location of your pick-up vehicle, as it’s on its way to you.
Simply show your valid VPE-ticket to the driver or purchase your ticket directly from the driver – and you’re ready to go.
SHARE YOUR RIDE
During your ride the vehicle may collect additional passengers who have a similar destination. By intelligently pooling passengers, our vehicles are able to relieve the environment and streets of additional traffic.
RATE YOUR RIDE
Once we have brought you to your destination, you can give us Feedback or rate your ride. Lastly, we provide navigation to your final destination in the app.
