I’m the Global VP of HR for a multinational conglomerate, we use eztexting internally for employee communications and recently started using the keyword feature to receive photos with my employees’ health checks and photos of their temperatures taken on a wall-mounted infrared contactless thermometer. Well, this would work great, but the app doesn’t show the photos! The website does (thankfully) and the e-mails contain links to the photos.I was considering switching to another platform recently and now I’m seriously considering it after finding out this flaw in the functionality of a MOBILE application.

It took 3 weeks, 4 emails and 2 phone conversations before my account was actually set up so that I could use it. Each time I was told that my account was set up and ready for use but it wasn’t. I never got to use the trial. Customer service repeatedly told me not to worry because my credits would still be available after the trial period since I hadn’t been able to try the app. As soon as the trial ended, my credits disappeared. I had already posted my information on social media for an account I no longer have access to. Suddenly no one wants to respond to my emails. Even reached out to Casey, who emails me every day with different ways of trying the app but no response from him either. Don’t waste your time with this app. It is definitely bad for business

First you pay, and then they get you through an extensive verification process that takes days. They won’t give you any refund. You already paid so at this point you have to go through the verification process. After the process the texts get sent at times but most of the times they are in review and someone needs to manually pass them. After 1 month of service (right after I paid for another month of subscription) my text didn’t go through. After 2 days I contacted them through the chat only to find out that they needed me to go through the verification again. They won’t give me any refund and they refused to send my text. Bad service. I’m out.

If I could give no stars I would. The representatives are inconsistent and divided within their protocols and approach to assistance. The carrier registration , which is supposed to be a one time thing required to do upon registration .. Would magically unregistered my account at least twice a month and take days for reinstatement blocking me from being able to send out messages and losing money because I couldn’t market to my clientele base about new products that required timely marketing strategies. I paid a monthly fee and somehow every time I send out a message it required more and more money. This app is absolutely a waste. Do not get it. You will regret it.
