A companion app to the TJC Network Services family of church worker scheduling and production tools, the SWAN app provides a fluid user interface to the tools that you are familiar with.
Easily browse for an event in which you are participating from the interactive calendar. The calendar can be minimized down from a monthly view to a weekly view. Update event information from the comfort of your home before arriving at the venue.
Schedule your blockout dates ahead of time; hence, you won't be assigned any duties during your away vacation.
Review your assignment list and be advised of double-bookings, so that you can resolve schedule conflicts in advance.
