一、 缤纷盆栽以会员制网上销售，凭会员账户密码交易。 二、 以“限时、限量、公开、售完”的机制定价或竞价，不设议价。 三、 实行预付款交易，订购货品即减帐户余额。不设欠款或挂帐，在盆栽网上的会员余额每日有收益（昨日折扣额）。 四、 统一以缤纷盆栽标准纸箱包装，配货费每箱2元、拼箱费每箱5元，需特别包装的费用在网上公布，由会员承担。 五、 订购货品的交货地点为所购的配送站，送货费或托运费按选定的运价方案在会员的往来帐上代扣、代付，如遇余额不足，配送站通知会员即时充值、否则可延期发货。 六、 会员收货时请按缤纷盆栽网公布的产品标准及缤纷盆栽包装标准验收货品。鼓励会员对货品品质与等级不符的投诉，我们核实后即对不符部分货品进行赔偿，划入会员往来账，最高金额为该产品交易金额。竞拍货品开放度问题投诉不做赔偿处理。黄叶、脱水等类似品质的赔偿限次日到店的客户。时间以发货次日为准。遇运输造成的损坏，本网工作人员将尽力协助向承运商索赔，并积极协助物色更负责任的承运商。
