Fix your system, your system is great , but why there are some places with out street views ? I think it is wise to upgrade your system to have street views to pin points imagines of the individuals movements that is sharing location with one another, because it is not a matter of getting permission from from individuals who already is sharing locations . Something to think about, Thanks.

After replacing my phone with a newer model I had problems with sharing & seeing UPDATED CURRENT location(s) for family & friends that were on a previously free app we had shared on my older phone. I had invited them to join me on this app but had problems seeing their UPDATED CURRENT location(s) and they also were unable to see my updated current location)s). I was also getting notifications up the wazoo every few hours of phones “being off”, “battery low”and/or “no service” etcand they were also being bombarded with notification. I/we figured out how to turn off all the notifications but still had problems with seeing UPDATED CURRENT locations. It was easy to contact customer service and I received an almost instantaneous reply to as to why that was happening & how to solve it. It’s a good app and asking for help via customer service was extremely easy, quick and efficient BUT there are so many other apps out there that are so much better. This was a less expensive app but not worth the money IMHO. It was a hassle for me to send individual requests and/or wasting my time & their’s calling each of my family members & friends instructing them on how to change their setting so we could stay updated on current locations. After spending several weeks trying out the program after the 3-7 day free trial and paying for a month of service to make sure I was giving the app a fair chance and a fair allotted trial period of time on my part, I decided to delete it and found an app that was much easier to run without being bombarded with constant notifications. There are MUCH BETTER programs/apps out there that are more user friendly with less hassle. Again. this is in my humble opinion, others who are more tech savvy may like this program and not have any problems with it. It was a GREAT price for what the app can do compared to some of the other apps I had tried & considered that cost way more.

Running this app continuously and my hubby runs it also - he claims he is not in the places shared location has him at- he swears- we have been married over 45 years - now do I doubt him or your app? Something is wrong also the icon around his picture will turn green the outer part of the circle and it says Live- now this just started happening- what the heck does that mean It moves everywhere???? I don’t know who’s right? Then his picture for no reason will just take off and go to some unknown place real fast then back to where he was??! What the heck???? And ALOT it will say that he is offline without him EVEN touching it- what the heck???! I know a lot of this is to be true cause I’m right there- it’s your app!!!’ You have NEVER responded to this!!!!

The best and most reliable tracking app that provides accurate and up to date location information of friends, family and loved ones. Great peace of mind during these tough times due to a world wide pandemic and troubling times. Extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend it.
