With a fully digital onboarding journey, the owner is renting his apartment without the stress of dealing with the real estate agent (one or more), interrupting his daily schedule to take calls from interested potential tenants, managing each visit, helping the tenant to get installed in the apartment…and the list continues.
Milluu does all these tasks and more: tenant financial risk analyze, utilities payment management, technical emergencies insurances, etc.
The tenants have access to a portfolio of high quality & ready-to-move apartments and a fully digital renting experience: sign the contract or pay the rent and utilities expenses in the app. Additionally, the rental agreement includes an insurance policy for all properties in the apartment as well as an emergency technical assistance package for any failure of plumbing, electrical or district heating.
Rented an apartment with them I had for almost 2 years. Very easy and helpful at the start. Seeing apartment to signing and keys took just a few days. Then the bad. You're completely on your own if anything goes wrong. When I moved out they only gave back deposit after emailing them for weeks. In the end it took almost 2 months despite the legal limit being 30 days after move out and the amount they returned was not the amount the law required be returned. Do not recommend. pS they said apartment was in perfect shape. They had no complaints.

The app has a lot of bugs and lags, not only that but the renters can be quite greedy, and communication between management is non existent. It says “24hr” response, but the owner and app manager just left me hanging and ghosted me for 2 or 3 days. I do not recommend.
