I really appreciated that the programming is very straightforward. It’s set up an easy to understand way. It didn’t take me long. I could throw it into the beginning or end of a workout and really enjoyed the program. I found it would be very beneficial for myself and I have a lot of my youth golfers using it as well.

This app is easy to use and intuitive. For golf, you need specific workout regimes that are tailored to making your game better. Michael Whitehead’s expertise and TPI background makes me feel at ease that I am putting my time to good use.
