I’ve been using this app since it released. First off, this is literally the future of sneaker reselling. You can buy a shoe from Goat and have it stored on your alias account without ever physically having the shoe. Then you can resell it when the price goes up. I’ve done this plenty of times on different shoes. The fact that I can buy and item and sell it without having it shipped saved lots of time & fees. Don’t get me started on the price tracking of shoes. You can track the price history of shoes to get an idea on whether a shoe if going up or does, just like stocks. Don’t let the reviews scare you away, yeah I’ve had a few problems here and there, but they always get resolved… even if it takes a while, they’ll fix whatever issue you have with your order. It’s a big company and mistakes a bound to happen.

This might have been the worst possible download I’ve ever made. First of all it’s not user friendly. I get they want to make it look cool and stuff but it’s hard to navigate and some things are really hard to do when they should be easy. This genuinely looks like it was coded by a high school student taking computer science. Then there is the pricing which doesn’t make sense and isn’t really accurate. One day my shoe will be worth 200 and the next it will be less. Like a lot less, I’m talking like a 150 drop. Then there’s the actual pricing data which isn’t relevant at all. Like I don’t care what it was worth 3 months ago or even years ago. There’s no way you can’t get better data than this when stockx has multiple sales every day where you can see what people are paying. And the price recommender thing is useless if you have to use this app for some unlucky reason do your own market research. And finally, I got charged for something that I didn’t even pay for. It was only like a dollar but I never shipped the shoe out. It was delivery related and I never delivered it I just kept it trying to figure out how to use this god awful app. Please don’t download this ever. It’s not the future, it’s more like the past and I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

This is by far the worst app for selling clothing. I posted Yzy Gap clothing for sale. An item was sold I shipped it out. They returned the item because they said it was used but I never wore it. So I posted the shirt again when it got delivered but as used. Taking pictures for “used” items is horrible. The camera settings are trash. Whatever robots or Ai they use to “review” your pictures are the dumbest people or robots to ever exist. You take a picture with the whole item in the frame submit it for review just to have these low IQ individuals deny your listing. So far they have denied me over 5 times for the same shirt. While the entire piece of clothing is in frame and you can see everything. Not to mention I put every light on in the house for the picture and they still complain. I’ve asked these low IQ individuals to come here with studio lighting and show me how to take the pictures because obviously there robots don’t know anything. So if you are selling anything make sure it isn’t used because taking pictures for used clothing is a waste of time and their support team is trash. More than likely it’s just Ai robots communicating back with you so they don’t help with anything either.

I sell almost all of my shoes on Goat and have a seller score of almost 600. Alias is really useful for being able to see more sale data especially for used shoes which is primarily what I sell. However this app is really buggy. Currently I am having an incredibly frustrating issue for my goat storage listings where the inner angle photo disappears when I am submitting them for sale, but I cannot retake this inner angle photo because I don’t have the shoes with me, they’re in goat storage at their facilities which is the whole purpose of doing goat storage flips. I know the photos are there because relisting used shoes in goat storage uses the same photos from when I bought them including the inner photo except it disappears when the shoes reach goat storage. I have had this happen 4 times in the last 2 weeks and the goat employees don’t seem to understand what I am talking about when I email them. Overall I love goat and believe it is infinitely better than StockX and I feel like alias is an amazing idea but it needs a lot of work.
