Up until a couple of days ago it was working absolutely perfect. Now each time I try to log in it keeps redirecting me to the webpage to download the app, which of course I’ve already gotten as I’m trying to log in on the app. I’ve tried reaching out to support, customer service but they seem to be nonexistent in their response. If I was a betting man then I’d bet that in leaving this review will it get me an adequate response either. And yes I am attempting to log in with the correct details each and every time .

I'm sorry you're experiencing problems when logging into the BT email app. There definitely appears to be a problem and I would recommend that you first try deleting the app from your device then download it again. I am able to receive emails to my US gmail account from BTInternet from the UK but not able respond to them or compose new onesGet message failure error

Hi DKNATR, You will need to raise this with your email provider Gmail, who will be able to look at the sever logs to see why the email is failing.Neil
