Efficient, Simple, and Surprisingly Versatile! 🌟I’ve been using Etisalat’s e& money service for a few months now, and it’s genuinely made everyday transactions smoother. Opening an account was quick—just an Emirates ID, no endless paperwork. The app interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to recharge, transfer money internationally, or even pay bills on the go.

I have had two refunds from E & money for close to two months and when ever I call the customer support each agent claims to escalate my complaint to the concerned team and for more than 45 days the concerned team have not thought of getting back to me or resolving my complaint. I won’t recommend such poor service to anybody. It’s a big headache constantly calling and being told stories. Who is the concerned person to reconcile refunds, what job does he or she do that my refund has been pending for this long, I’ve so disappointed in such a great brand for rendering this kind of absurd service. Zero star, zero recommendation from me because theres absolutely nothing being done about my concern. Whoever is in charge should ask themselves how they’ll feel if it was their money or a million dollars. It’s not about that money, it’s about delivering promised services. Shame to the incharge, I’m really disappointed because I’ve called and wasted precious time chasing after my own money. Never heard this anywhere on planet earth
Large amounts refund problem

e&money have a problem with accepting large amounts of refunds.(Example: if you buy multiple items from a store but decide to cancel some of them let’s say the refund amount is 6000, you also make sure that the refund has been processed from the store and you receive a reference refund number, e&money will still not show the refunded amount in your account, and you will have to contact costumer services who will always answer “we are trying to solve the problem please wait till it’s resolved”).In my case I’ve been waiting for more than two weeks and still they didn’t resolve it nor they understand what is the problem.
