I use this app all the time and it’s excellent but there are a few things that make the experience fall short. 1. Drivers always go to a different location than the one I am in. Please let us pick the location ourselves on the map with a pin, I don’t want to walk outside my neighborhood to collect my order. 2. Why is your grocery shopping only includes imported items?Other than the above it’s a great app with many choices and reliable drivers and restaurants

There is no customer service. I have paid for an order and received a cheaper one. I contacted the Fast through different channels (email, messager, in-app chat. I haven’t heard anything. I will uninstall it and report it to the Customer Protection Association in Algeria.
