Conference QR（コンファレンス・キュー・アール） は、イベント申し込みフォーム・データ管理システム「Conference ER」と連携し、イベント当日の来場者受付を行うアプリケーションです。
Conference QRを使えば、QRコードによるスムーズな受付が可能です。
イベント申込時に表示されるQRコードをスマホのカメラで読み込むだけで、誰でも簡単に受付を行うことができます。
イベント当日の受付業務を大幅に効率化することで、受付にかかる時間や受付業務に必要な人員を削減することができます。
Conference QRで行った受付は、Conference ERの申込みデータに「チェックイン済み」として即時に反映されますので申し込みデータと来場者のデータの一元管理が可能になります。
【ご利用に必要な要件】
・ Conference QRのご利用には、Conference ERクラウドサービスまたはConference ER オンプレミスにユーザ登録をしてイベントを作成する必要があります。作成されたイベントに申込されたデータを対象として動作します。
・ Conference ER クラウドサービスでConference QRをご利用いただくにはビジネスプランもしくはエンタープライズプランのお申込みが必要です。
