Buyers be aware and take care there is No any returning policy clearly stated in their official website , I got my blendtec blender opened box and unclean , and I asked them to return it the same and replaced with a brand new sealed blender, but they asked me to email them a supporting evidence although it was just minutes after I received my order. This will not happen to you of you are dealing with bigger more reputable online store they will replace the product right away of its a same day complain. To sum it up I have been shopping online and online only since 2014 even my grocery but I have never had a worse experience than Qava Shop
