Creepy story but one day a random number kept calling my phone from TX and when I picked up it was some guy pressuring me to give him my school information. His sentences werent clear to me, he kept slurring his words and the questions I would ask him (like what is his name/email, where did he find my number, etc.) would fly out the window and he would continue on with asking me for my personal information. “Cuemath” was the only literal word I was able to clearly make out from his words. As I said he kept repeating it and spamming me with calls after I hung up on him. Did it for 2 days straight with different numbers… I looked the name up and downloaded the app. All I did was type in my number and there was an account already in my name with my email address. It freaked me out b/c I have never heard of this app nor have signed up for it. So I changed everything on that suspicious account to “delete this acct I did not make this” (no lie) it p!ssed me off a lot that someone had my credentials come to find out there are people who made this app that is scamming others through here. & I want NO PART IN IT.

The Cuemath app is not boring. It may not be a VIDEO GAME, yet it’s still fun. I love this app. It reminds me to do everyday and motivates me to practice. The math and coding classes are paid but it’s totally worth it. Teacher is very nice and helps me work my way through problems. I also like the rewards like stones,elements,chips,belts,silvers coins, and golden coins. Would totally recommend this app, from my experience. Sharpens math and coding skills. Love this app.BTW, do you know the release date for the way to spend the coins?Would love a dev response saying stuff about that. DEFINITELY 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 😁.

I wanted to sharpen my math skills so I downloaded this app. I spent a total of 10 minutes on it before I received my first text message offering me some form of purchase on the app. Within the next two hours I had been called twice asking me to review the app. Both times I asked to be removed from the call list. I have now received another call and another text. This is within 24 hours of downloading the app. Every text message and call I receive is from a different number so I have no option to block them. I did not even opt in to receiving any form of communication, I was required to give them my cell phone number to activate my account. There is no way to manually opt out for me other than to tell each new caller that I want off the list. They use a third party call center for that, though, so I’m assuming I will be doing this dance for quite a while. Spare yourself the headache and find a different app.

Worse company to work with. My son was enrolled for about 3 years and had a good teacher and we referred our friends to cuemath too. Now, we want to stop as kid is in middle school and doesn’t have enough time to go remaining classes and we are asking for refund of remaining class and they declined. The classes which were remaining was earned through the referral but I was given both - cash or class option and I selected classes now they refused to pay me back and asking me to continue classes or just let it go. I have about 20 classes remaining - I guess that’s about $150-$200 and I was having an option of about $300 cash. Didn’t expect that they will turn their back when asked to pay back. If I was allowed to cash out earlier why not now? Also, I was not informed about now refunding for remaining classes afterwards… unfair to client and not expected.
