After being bitterly disappointed and I mean bitterly buy another laundry pick up service I turned two these amazing guys. Someone immediately got back to me, actually called me on the phone, and said they couldn’t pick up when I needed to pick up. We came up with another time and they arrived immediately on time. No waiting, no text message about blowing the window. They did an amazing job on the laundry. I’m super stoked about how clean and fresh everything is. And then they brought it back -exactly when we discussed – they didn’t blow the window. I’m super stoked. They will be getting my business from now moving forward. They should be getting your business too.

Excellent experience: app is clearly designed and easy to use, pricing is reasonable and transparent, pickup and delivery went smoothly. Best of all, there is an *actual person* you can *actually talk to* about scheduling, service options etc. Every other app like this is run by some tech bro on the other side of the country/planet and when you call or message with a question you get an AI chat bot - this, in contrast, is clearly a genuine local small business that cares about providing a service to its neighbors and community. A pleasant surprise.

I’m a busy mom with 2 full time jobs. I usually just drop my clothes off at the laundry mat and have to wait a couple of days. I tried out Laundry Needs because some of my friends said they are great. I tried it and love it!!! Great communication and the clothes were folded so nice and smelled so good!
