Idira Identity Secure Web Sessions adds additional layers of security to high-risk browser-based application access via step recording, continuous authentication, and session protection from device-side threats. Secure Web Sessions enables enterprises to record and audit risky user behaviour within any web application protected by Idira Workforce Identity while maintaining a frictionless user experience. The Idira Mobile app scans QR codes created on the Idira Remote Access or Idira Identity Secure Web Sessions portals, and leverages biometric capabilities of your smartphone to secure access through Idira. Awful app, awful support

I work for an MSP and some of our clients use this solution. One of our clients cancelled contract with cyberark and now my mobile phone number is being held hostage. When calling support all they do is tell me to have the client remove us but they can’t cause they are no longer using this product.. so now I can’t log into this app cause my number is “already in use”, so now I can’t add my account to another client, call support and all they do is shrug and tell me I’m out of luck. It’s crazy to me that I can’t call into support and request my personal info deleted so I can reuse it for a different client.
