Hello, I was trying to ask a tarot card person to read me my future, and I accidentally clicked on the wrong option, and I wanted to make my actual question but I didn’t have any questions left!!!!! I don’t know if there is a 24hr cool down but please make it so we can have unlimited questions or a question per day. I don’t see a timer for a cool down so I’m guessing you only get 1 question and that is it. And this is free version.

I paid for an annual subscription. The first question I asked, the astrologer answered very vaguely and then asked me a question, forcing me to use my second question to respond. I contacted the developer, was promised additional questions and was given a much more thorough response although no additional questions were added. I had to log out of the app from Facebook and when I went back in it had my placements all wrong. Contacted the developer again and the only fix was to create a whole new account so my chart would be correct. Developer promised I would get a couple months added to my subscription with the new account. New account didn’t have extra questions either. Contacted developer to answer her question about how long my subscription was and I haven’t heard back since. So far it’s been nothing but a headache and I’m not a fan of being placated with promises that aren’t followed through on. There’s no way to change any settings or prioritize what I want to see or to check on the subscription through the app itself. An update is needed desperately. The star is only because I like the daily star rating. However, the 2020 review has one two and it says it’s for “today” and changes daily. Otherwise I’d give it two just because I enjoy that feature. I’m not sure this app was ready to launch when it did.

Well I first got on the app to just see what it was about but then it says to ask a question but the question that it had up I did not want to ask so I ask another it says the response time is 6hrs or less but I never received a response from anyone and it’s been over 24hrs to me I feel this app is a scam to get your money to do these things but no answers then the horoscopes are totally wrong it says Scorpio and Libra aren’t compatible but I am very good friends with a Libra male our chemistry is amazing and if circumstances were different he would want to be with me and vice versa but we never cross that threshold and I’m very good friends with a female Libra and we get along so well the entire thing is just fake and a scam to me then it says unswers in 2 hrs or 6 improper grammar never heard of that word and then I can’t do the meditation every time I try it closes out

What caught my eye was the advertising on Instagram - planets residing in certain houses. Although this app says the first 3 days are free, you still need to pay to access 90% basic features. The free 2 horoscope questions were nice, but reading my personal horoscopes on love life/career/health, should also be free on the trial - why would I pay $40 without knowing at all what it’s going to say? Is it going to mention planets, houses, and transits? Consider asteroids? It also rounds your birth time to 5 minute intervals - how does this effect my horoscope? Very important to know before a big purchase! Hopefully the developers will reconsider and let this feature be viewable on the trial.
