Had the opportunity to help a friend send money to family in Honduras recently. The transaction went very smoothly - process was quick and easy. The name I registered with was slightly (Randy/Randall) different than the name on my credit card. As such, I was asked to call the company. A representative answered the phone on the 1st ring (at 11:00 pm pacific) spoke English and quickly/ professionally confirmed necessary information. Overall - a very good experience. I look forward to using again.

Error in the system

Every time I try to use the app it doesn’t let me change the number for the amount I want to send, the first time I thought that it was going to ask me for the amount later into the transaction but when I tried to pay it kept saying that I was sending on $1, I contacted customer service, they told me to logout and then log back in, that didn’t work, then they told to turn my phone off for a few minutes and turn it back on and then try using the app again and still it didn’t work, this is my fourth time trying to use this app hoping they fixed the issue but the haven’t.

, for some reason whenever I try to use it, it says I'm outside of the United States.I use for the convenience. I don't want to keep going to the website every time I have to use it. It defeats the point of the app.
