The app automatically closed when i put my bank acc for cash in. Could you please fix this error. I heard most of the iOS 18.5 have that kind of problem.

This app seems convenient, but it's full of issues for non-Koreans. I recommend just buying a physical T-Money card at a convenience store.* Payment is the Biggest Problem: You can link a T-Money card to your Apple Wallet, but unless you have a Hyundai credit card, you can't top it up directly through the app. This makes the mobile wallet feature almost useless for tourists.* Charging Requires Extra Steps: To add money, you must use a charging machine at a subway station. You have to open the app, navigate to your card details, enable "Service Mode," and then place your phone on the machine to complete the transaction.* Slow Tap-in/Tap-out Speeds: Physical T-Money cards work instantly, but the one in your Apple Wallet can randomly take 2-5 seconds to register at subway gates or on buses. This might not sound like a lot, but it can cause delays and frustration for people waiting behind you.* Don't Forget to Tap Off the Bus: This rule applies to both physical and mobile T-Money cards. If you forget to tap your phone on the sensor when getting off the bus, you will be charged the maximum fare for that route and won't be able to use your card again until the next day.Bottom Line: For a smooth trip, get a physical T-Money card from any convenience store and save yourself the frustration.

Me and my wife tried to download the app and register with no luck. If you don’t have a phone number from Korea best of luck to you. This is a joke, even though I want to pay in cash I’m not able to, even thought I want to pay with the app I’m unable to register and that is all after I had to use a translating app and screenshot each screen so I can understand the instructions. Do better! I can’t be the only foreigner with this issue. Embarrassing leaving money on the table. Luckily my bus driver understood and let me and my wife ride for free and would accept cash or any money. Honestly do better!

It was very confusing to add this T-money card to the Apple wallet even though it’s visible on the transit section of the wallet. I was able to add it to my wallet by opening it on the t-money app. The problem is… if you don’t have a Korean cell phone number under ur name , you can’t even set up the t-money app so it’s completely useless for people who are traveling to South Korea. There should be an option for foreigners. Also I see a lot do travelers not knowing to tap in and tap out as they leave so explaining that on the app would be nice.
