The app works smoothly even at times with weak internet connection!
Most international cards do not work.

The app says it supports foreign credit cards, but it doesn’t. After checking expat groups, most foreign cards don’t work, even from banks in the US. I have about 10 credit cards from top US banks and none worked. No debit cards worked either. Why doesn’t VNPay remove this international card feature if it only applies to a few rare cards? It’s hit or miss. At that point, you’re better off opening a local account and using the scan QR feature. There is no point to this app otherwise.
