Gym owners and admins can now manage their gym from the app: open the Gym tab in Manager mode and tap Gym settings to change the gym profile, booking window, free trial classes, privacy mode, class capacity and Kiosk. The cancellation policy now has two separate fees, so you can charge no-shows and still let members cancel for free. Included in this update: - A new checkout on one page, with Apple Pay, rolling out gradually - Members who leave a class late pay the fee on a clear payment page - At the Kiosk, members swipe their name to start check-in - The Add member to class list shows the membership status of each member - The Ready for promotion filter has options for any promotion, belt only or stripe only - The Promotions page lets you select which of your profiles to show - Clearer Billing and payments page, and a new look for App settings - Booking a class and confirming attendees react at once - The Daily overview title is fully visible on phones - Tapping a news notification opens that post, and a post keeps its text when publishing fails - The Kiosk birthday check accepts the correct date in every time zone - New classes and late cancellations use the time of the gym, not the time of your phone

Close all classes of a day in one step: open the Daily overview, pick the day and close everything for a bank holiday or special closure. Booked members are notified, and you can reopen all classes with one tap. Included in this update: - The Daily overview now goes 7 days back and 60 days ahead, with a Today button to jump back - Australian gyms can now take membership payments by BECS bank direct debit - The iPad schedule in Manager mode no longer stops responding after a few seconds - Switching between gyms or profiles works reliably again - Older class registers with missing attendee details now open correctly - Saving the gym QR code now asks for photo access instead of failing silently - Saved cards stay visible when your account also has an unsupported payment method
