The concept for this app is great and once the kinks are worked out I’ll download again but for now I have to pass. The error that pops up after trying to take the picture says something about ‘parsing’ which usually means something in the coding for that capability is missing.

Used the Hair AI tool a few months ago to better understand what products would help bring my hair back to life after a series of unfortunate keratin treatments. It seems like the bad reviews were from awhile ago so I think they’ve improved because I’ve had an awesome experience!
