It literally never counts my attendance right away. I’ll always get an email several hours later saying “we tracked your attendance next time be more careful” or whatever but I literally did nothing wrong?? I also have exemptions and it keeps un-exempting me. I’m so thankful I won’t have to ever use this app past December ever again

This app can’t track attendance half the time, and I’ve recently had problems with it deleting my previous attendance credits. The video credits barely show up, which resulted in a $300 fine from my school for “not watching the videos” but it was all a result of poor programing on this app’s end. Now I hear that the developers are working with my college to try to track us. This is ridiculous.
• Clearer help when you scan out at the wrong event. If two events are running at the same time and you scan in at one but out at the other, the app now tells you which event holds your scan-in and what to do next, instead of just saying it has no scan-in from you.
• Video progress is saved more reliably when you pause, switch apps or close a video, so you pick up where you left off.
