I have reviewed your app / services before and gave you 5 stars. Now I’m given you a 1 star and that’s being generous. I truly assume that you either have charged your IT lead guy or got a cheap subcontractor . Every release you did is so buggy that it can’t even crawl. I do have few recommendations for you 1- get red of your IT lead and revamp your system/business analyst 2- have a direct contact between IT and customer and don’t let customers get in a loop that makes so frustrated and start looking for another bank( me as an example) 3- Testing a version is more important than developing and releasing (Better late than buggy) 4- I highly recommend that you release your version to specific individuals for feedback before releasing to public 5- most of your customers services are truly illiterate about IT and the info you receive is distorted Now my problem with you is I have been struggling to fix the outstanding orders for few months and neither do your customers service understand nor do your analysts care (email is full and mail bounces back to me ) So you know that you are doing a lousy job see how many releases you do a month and every release was meant to fix something however it breaks many ( now I lost all my bills and not showing) the funny part I called and her answer was add them again ( over 20 bills). Alrajhi was the lead in bringing tech to banking but now is truly lacking behind the small banks

Al Rajhi truly makes a strong case about how well functioning legal systems is a requirement otherwise you get, not only poor service, but plain thievery.I have been trying to close one of my credit cards for nearly more than two weeks now. Each time I’m greeted with an error message that there’s some funds I need to take care of. First thing, I paid all outstanding balances. I try again and now it tells me that I need to withdraw the extra balance I have there. So I go to withdraw and I’m told that I have exceeded the number of attempts. I leave it for a day, try again, gets the same message. That’s been the case for over two weeks now. They’re forcing me to keep my credit card. I contacted support to request that they do it for me. I got a rejection response as if it’s some sort of job interview. They stated that I should do it myself and gave me the steps. Again I try but to no avail. This time I got back to create my another customer service ticket (perhaps my second ever) and (I’m not joking) it tells me I have exceeded the number of attempts. WHAT!!! I have only one attempt to contact them. Even videos games aren’t this hard.To be honest save yourself the pain and go with another bank. That’s exactly what I’ll be doing.
