Smart Cleaner・Storage Clean Up 4+

Never works

So I figured I would buy this app for the 1 month. Forget it! Nope! I get it to start and when it goes to get rid of duplicate pictures it does not delete the second picture. Then we go to contacts… it picks the contact that doesn’t even have the same name??? What gives? I would not recommend this app at all! Paid or free!

Dont waste your time

hoping that this app would be different from all the other ones, but it’s totally the same. i've tried every app i could find because i barely have any storage left i’ve used 96.2 out of 128 GB. my photos and screen shots are taking over my storage. When i got this app just now because my other app is now needing subscriptions, i couldn't pay for them so i saw this in my suggestions, really hoping it would work, but when i go to screen shots or photos or ANY THING, it says i don't have any of those for example it says i have 0 screen shots but really i have 8,117 screen shots and 1,552 videos, in total that would be 9,669. I really had to delete my snap chat and instagram and mostly every app i had just because this wouldn't work, i had no other choice. I tried for over 15 minutes just to try to delete every screen shot i had and useless video's, but in the end all i got was wasting my whole time, i was suppose to be studying or u could say revising for my math final exam which is 78 PAGES, but instead i just wasted my time on this app when i was suppose to be revising.

THE WORST APP I’VE EVER USED! I LOST ALL MY PHOTOS SINCE 2014

I am completely devastated by Smart Cleaner. I installed the app to free up space on my iPhone, and I ended up LOSING ALL THE PHOTOS OF MY CHILDREN SINCE 2014. Photos with priceless sentimental value were simply deleted with no chance of recovery. The app didn’t provide any clear warning that this could happen, and even after following all the instructions, it deleted my most precious memories.

I trusted this app to organize and optimize my phone, and it destroyed years of personal records. None of the photos were recovered, and customer support is useless. If you value your photos and memories, DO NOT USE THIS APP. A devastating experience.

This version conveys the same deep dissatisfaction and warns others about the potential risks of using the app.
