I have enjoyed the cobble app for exploring new places in Atlanta. Unfortunately, there are some aspects of the app that could be better.1. When creating plans, you have to share the plan with your connections through text or email, instead of just alerting your connections directly through the app. I understand the share feature is useful for those who do not have the app, but it seems like an added step that could be avoided for those already in the app.2. While the recommendations in Cobble are great, they should allow users to create their own venues for places or events that aren’t already in the Cobble app.

As someone who recently moved to NY, this app has been a gamechanger. This app makes it sooo easy to plan a date night or something with friends. You can create plans that friends can vote on. Also, it feeds you tons of options for going out, staying in or weekend getaways! You can filter for types or activities, restaurants, etc. and you can save all the options you like so you can go back to it. It’s helpful bc you can base it on a specific area and see what’s around. If you decide on a restaurant and time, the app directs you to make a reservation right away - super genius. Even if I don’t use the planning feature every time, I always swipe through the options to help me make plans with bae or my fiends. Check it out!!

Obviously I’ve been using tools in my corporate life forever to schedule plans, keep everyone connected on details, and make collaborative decisions. So why I couldn’t do the same for basic things like dinner plans? I’ve been using Cobble since I stumbled upon it a year ago and I haven’t put it down since! At first my girlfriend and I used it as a decisive tool for our date nights because we were new to the city and wanted to do everything we possibly could but didn’t know where to start. Cobble showed us what was going on in New York which was super helpful because some of the websites we were originally using were outdated. Since COVID hit we now use it daily to keep the love alive, wfh style! I would recommend this app to anyone and everyone in the New York area!!
This also update brings minor fixes and improvements.
