Like others have mentioned the phone cannot be locked when using the map, which really kills the battery and makes accidental touches happen. Otherwise I really like the app and it’s useful for the navigation aspect but definitely not something I will use all the time because the few times I have used it my phone rapidly dies or will randomly disconnect in the middle of a ride because I moved away from the RE app somehow.

Good but could be worked on more
Pallidus
I have mostly good experience with the app but my last trip it would not connect to my bike and I had to just use my Apple Maps to tell me where I was going. But normally it works just fine. I don't know what happened this time

Not a great app

You have to keep your phone unlocked. If you lose service and you quit the app or want to make changes to your route it will not let you connect to your bike. They’re also monitoring all your data.

Ridiculous
BRTowPro
They give you an impossibly short amount of time to verify your email address, which makes it impossible unless you have some high-tech computer system that can download an email in 10 seconds and be able to copy and paste switching back-and-forth between links in less than 30 seconds. Absolutely ridiculous.
