QPlus is the mobile control center for a small business. See today's revenue, cash in, receivables and expenses the moment you open the app, then act: create a quote, turn it into an invoice, record a payment, add an expense or a customer, all from your phone.
QPlus runs on the Paper & Pen ERP, so everything you do on the phone is the same data your team sees on the web: customers, products, stock, quotations, invoices, payments, expenses, staff and reports. No double entry, no sync buttons.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Dashboard: revenue, profit, receivables, cash in and expenses for the month, with what needs attention (overdue invoices, open quotes, low stock).
- Point of sale: ring up counter sales from your catalogue, take cash or card, hand back the change and share the receipt; every sale posts to your books and your cash shift.
- Sales: invoices, quotations, orders and payments grouped by month, with search and status filters.
- Quotes to invoices: build a quote in seconds, accept it, record the payment and the invoice is posted to your books.
- Customers: profile, outstanding balance, lifetime spend, documents, one-tap call and WhatsApp.
- Products and inventory: catalogue, prices, stock levels and low-stock alerts.
- Expenses: record supplier expenses with category, method and status.
- Payments: record and review every payment against its invoice.
- Staff: team directory and attendance at a glance.
- Reports: revenue and expenses trend, receivables aging, quote win rate, top customers, expenses by category.
- Notifications: overdue invoices, viewed quotes, low stock, leave requests.

Ratings & Reviews
Switch company without signing out. Tap the company name at the top of Home, Sell, Reports, Operations or More and pick another company you belong to. Every list, form and report then shows that company only, and a company line appears on each new quote, invoice payment, expense and purchase order.
New My App under More: your attendance, payslips, leave balance and requests, work procedures, tasks, documents and stock counts, all from your phone.
New Search: tap the magnifier on Home to find customers, quotes, invoices, orders, products and vendors in the current company.
A link to an invoice, quote or customer now opens it in the right company directly.
Fixed: the revenue figure on Home no longer shows a grey box behind it on Android.
