While already having account, when attempting to login, an error box pops up, saying that multi factor authorization is required to login, however, there is no field to fill in the MFA number. Essentially, this app is unusable.

I downloaded and installed the app without a problem, and I logged in without a problem. I'm a little bit slow in sending you an email when I request a ride. I accepted the terms, and I got a big pop-up with nothing but an error. I went to the App Store to try to contact and get support, and they took me through a webpage, asking what app I wanted them to build. I do not want them to take a nap. I want them to get this app to work.

Just call the travel office instead of using this app. It’s probably not the fault of the VA travel employees; but this app is useless. It’s probably due to the fact that not enough people use the app, and the veterans and VA staff are used to handling travel over the phone and/or in person. It’s a shame because the concept is good; but too many kinks to work out. This should be similar to hailing an uber; but it’s so not that. If you need travel, call the VA directly.

On hold for 10 minutes with no response. Their “Request Rides With Ease” is false.
