I am so thankful and excited to have become a participant in this program. My Coach has such a positive and encouraging outlook and she has helped me see that this is a journey towards good health and improved lifestyle. My coach sends me resources that are really helpful and reflect my needs and concerns. The goals we set are challenges that are doable and after almost 3 months I have noticed a big difference in my overall wellbeing and have lost weight. I feel stronger, empowered, and healthier. I have been in this program for several months. It has helped me lose weight and also to build healthy eating habits. The daily weigh in and recording of daily meals helps to keep me on track. The weekly call in with my personal coach Kristen inspires me each week to keep on going. She gives me great advice, recipes and tips on staying on track.If you follow this program you will lose weight and become more fit and active.

I started my journey with Prescribe Fit a year ago after knee replacement. It has changed my life. I have lost 30 pounds, eat better and am more active. My councilor, Ambra, is great. She gives me good advice and encourages me to do my best. I have learned so much from the Pathway articles. My time is coming to an end with the program, but I know I will continue to be successful in all that I do.
