【1】 アプリケーション概要
本アプリケーションは、e-Broadのインターネット環境及びeリモコン（本体）が導入された賃貸マンション・アパート専用です。
eリモコン（本体）をイーブロードのWi-Fiと接続させ、スマートフォンやタブレットからWi-Fiで送られてきたリモコン信号を赤外線に変換して各種家電製品のリモート操作を可能にします。

● 宅内で利用する家中モードでは、Wi-Fiアクセスポイントを経由して家電製品を操作
● 宅外から利用する家外モードでは、クラウド経由で家電製品を操作
● 部屋の状態がわかる温度・湿度・明暗センサー搭載
● 登録済みリモコン（プリセットデータ）を豊富に用意
● フォーマットに依存しない赤外線学習方式を採用
● 複数のリモコンを組み合わせて作るオリジナルリモコン機能を搭載
● マクロ機能でひとつのボタンに複数の操作を登録
● 指定時刻にリモコン信号を送るタイマー機能搭載
● リモコンボタンのウィジェットですばやく操作
